Valley Industry Association held its monthly luncheon at the Valencia Country Club on Jan. 18. Cynthia Leon, policy director of Workers' Compensation, Labor and Employment Issues for the California Manufacturers & Technology Association addressed VIA members regarding the organization's work toward finding solutions for California's manufacturing businesses.
