As part of VIA’s 30th anniversary year-long celebration, the business organization announces plans for an iconic event that will celebrate its achievements over the past three decades. A black and white with a hint of garnet masquerade ball is planned for mid to late October. The event location and date will be announced in the coming months.

Camille Demasio, account executive with Nuvicom, steps in as chairwoman of the event. With a background in hospitality, film and entertainment, Demasio plans to put her project management skills to work on VIA’s inaugural event.

“The committee is dedicated to creating a formal event that recognizes the past while paying tribute to VIA’s achievements,” said Demasio. Inspired by 14th century Venice, the gala hopes to capture the fun and frolic of the time and adding an air of mystery.

The committee meets the first Wednesday of every month at 8 a.m. in the VIA office located at 25709 Rye Canyon Road in the Valencia Industrial Center. The next meeting will be held Wednesday, June 1; all are welcome to attend.
