Nearly 2,000 business people came through the doors of VIA’s 2010 Business-to-Business Industry Show on May 20. Powered by the Valley Industrial Association and produced by High Impact Event Resources, the show was designed to showcase local suppliers and VIA members. Backstage Connections, Seminar Theater and a CEO Reception complemented up to 75 businesses exhibiting in the Supplier Showcase.
“VIA’s B2B show was a great opportunity for Aerotek to meet with our existing customers and showcase our human capital recruiting solutions to hundreds of potential new customers,” said Aaron Reynolds of Aerotek. “Along with learning how to do business with the federal government at NAVSVA and Jack Stewart’s presentation on the state of manufacturing in California, this was a tremendous success for us.”
The show was also a success for Deborah Grandinetti of Payroll Prividers.
“The 2010 VIA B2B show brought together a large variety of businesses and corporate attendees and was a great success for our company,” said Grandinetti. “We were able to meet and talk with a number of new businesses and contacts that could result in valuable client relationships.”
Sponsors of the VIA B2B event included: LBW Insurance and Financial Services Inc., city of Santa Clarita, Bayless Engineering and Manuafacturing, Southern California Edison, Community Bank, Six Flags Magic Mountain, San Fernando Valley Business Journal, The Signal newspaper, Santa Clarita Valley Business Journal, and Point of View Communications.
